Meetings and Conferences are easy to book at Elmhirst’s Resort. Our conference rate includes overnight accommodation in spacious cottages; breakfast, lunch and dinner, two energy breaks, main meeting room with basic audio visual equipment and maid service. The cottages offer ideal settings for informal get-togethers, think tanks, networking and studying.

Hearty meals, natural surroundings, windows in the meeting room, activities for after hours and a remote setting with no distractions add to the experience.

The Boardroom is ideal for 12 persons who wish to meet in an informal setting with fireplace and coffee in the greenhouse.

The Conservatory Room is perfect for up to 80 persons meeting classroom or theatre style. This building offers privacy, breakout possibilities, greenhouse for luncheons, doors opening out to the gardens, separate kitchen for catering.

The Enterprise Room is located on the waterfront, with access to the boardwalk and outdoor seating areas for breakouts. This room may be divided for two smaller groups or breakouts.

The Heritage Room is optimum for groups of 100 or for luncheons/banquets. This room overlooks the lake and outdoor pool area.

The Wild Blue Yonder Pub may be used for smaller groups, breakouts or displays.

Wine tasting in the wine cellar prior to dinner is available for small groups.

Incentive Groups should consider outdoor barbecues, war canoe races, horsedrawn wagon rides, horseback riding, sightseeing flights, cruises, fishing derby events, ATV or snowmobile safaris, Canadiana contests with archery and snowshoe races or orienteering. No idea or concept is too far out!

Family days are simple to plan – waterfront, pool areas, campfire events and trail systems allow us to assist with a perfect plan for all ages and all budgets.

Empty nesters will be interested in programs for family gatherings or reunions.
