Elmhirst's Resort is located on the north shore of Rice Lake, 90 minutes east of Toronto, in the Kawarthas.

The village of Keene is located 25 minutes southeast of Peterborough, home of the Canadian Canoe Museum, Trent University and the historic Lift Locks.

Directions from Toronto:

Travel 401 East to Hwy 115 North (direction Peterborough)
Hwy 115 becomes Hwy 7 East (direction Ottawa)
At the lights on Hwy 34 Turn South to Keene
Blue signs will direct you to the Resort from Hwy 7
In the village of Keene, at the flashing 4 way stop sign turn left
